During late 2010 and early 2011 me and a friend led a start-up that were developing new ways for businesses to connect with their customers, a CRM bureau basically. Our goal was simple, to increase the usefulness and simpleness of customer clubs both for users and providers through a system that incorporated both geographical offers as well as ads based on the users customer profile. Unfortunately it never turned into a registered company due to differences with our investors.

My main task were to serve customers good coffee fast and efficiently, apart from that my position involved both simpler administration and garde manger. I have mainly been stationed in Helsingborg at Knutpunkten and in Lund at Lund Central, although I’ve worked at many cafés where help were needed. During my time in Helsingborg I worked fulltime, in Lund I mostly worked extra beside my studies.

I worked as a consultant to Myndigheten för Skolutveckling and was part of a focus group that met 3-4 times per semester to discuss ongoing and coming projects that the department were involved in. My role was to make sure that any projects that the department were part of had a student perspective.
