Academic: I am a Professor of Computational Fluid Dynamics in the department of Aeronautics at Imperial College London. I am interested in the development of novel numerical methods, their implementation for modern hardware platforms, and their application to solve challenging fluid flow problems in various areas of science, engineering, and medicine. I co-lead the PyFR project (http://www.pyfr.org). I am also a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, and a Principal Editor of Computer Physics Communications.Consultant: I am a founding Partner of Quadrature Solutions (http://quadrature.solutions/), which offers a range of technical and strategic consultancy services in the field of computational and mathematical modelling.Entrepreneur: I am a co-founder of Cassyni (https://cassyni.com), a new platform for organising, running and publishing academic research seminars. I am also a co-founder of Mapimize (https://mapimize.com), a social media visualisation platform. I previously co-founded Kopernio (https://kopernio.com/), a free platform for researchers that provides one-click access to academic journal papers, on and off campus. In 2018 Kopernio was acquired by Clarivate Analytics and it now has over 3 million users worldwide.
