As Product Manager for the Term portfolio, I had responsibility for product P&L and strategy, and delivering a simplified customer and employee experience in establishing TD as the savings and investing destination for Canadians.

As an Associate in TD's Management Associate program, I spent my first two years gaining a broad exposure to TD Bank Group in four separate rotations throughout the Bank. My fourth rotation was on the global Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) teams in Treasury and Balance Sheet Management, where I worked on a number of initiatives on the Canadian Money-In, US Commercial loan and TD Waterhouse businesses. My third rotation was on the Direct Channels Strategy and Solutions team, where I worked to create a more integrated customer and employee experience across the Phone, Online/Mobile and ATM channels.My second rotation was with Retail Savings & Investing where I led the development of a distribution strategy for TD Canada Trust GICs through the TD Waterhouse businesses. My first rotation was with TD Wealth Management on the Managed Investment Solutions team, a team that provides wide-ranging direction and support for TD's Private Client Group businesses in Canada and the US.
