Responsible for assisting in the implementation of Project field and office Quality programs and other quality-related projects while initiating and performing audits, preparing audit reports, tracking nonconformance and corrective actions. Managed all wastewater, potable water and natural gas operations. Scheduled and monitored system and maintenance projects; ensured compliance with all federal, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and Railroad Commission rules and regulations through recordkeeping, employee management and training; pursued and reviewed contract proposals for maintenance and improvement projects; report to city council as required. Emphasized customer service with staff and serve as point of contact for utilities department handling customer issues and complaints; approve and issue work orders; implemented and maintained safety and inventory programs.

Managed the reverse osmosis water purification production (24x7) operation at TF134 Bucca, Ali Air Base (formerly Tallil Air Base), and Camp Cedar II, including transportation and distribution—providing potable water in support of military operational requirements. Managed up to a 58-member workforce, consisting of expatriates, third-country nationals, and subcontract workers. Led safety training (promoted a safe and productive work environment). Interfaced with clients, customer representatives (DCMA, Military QAR, Prev-Med, etc.), and quality assurance/quality control departments. Ensured proper inventory requirements on site (contractual compliance); performed inventory ordering, researching, and tracking. Conducted personnel evaluations and discipline. Prepared, maintained, and submitted required reports to upper management and military personnel.
