Mr. Ebsøe has 30 years post graduate experience in consultancy primarily in the water and sanitation sector. Mr. Ebsøe has extensive experience in managing highly complex Projects. The Projects include all project phases from initial planning, design and execution. Typical Projects has been: water supply projects, gas distribution projects, constructed wetlands for wastewater treatment, ecological Sanitation and urban nature projects.Mr. Ebsøe’s experience include preparation of tender documents and supervision of international contractors (FIDIC) and financial administration as the Employer's representative.Denmark: As Project Manager/Team Leader responsible for planning, design, tendering, contracting and supervision Mr. Ebsøe has executed a large number of water supply projects as consultant and contractors supervisor. The tender documents have been prepared according to the Danish version of the FIDIC rules (FIDIC like conditions).International: Mr. Ebsøe has obtained extensive international experience working on projects in Abu Dhabi, Burkina Faso, Botswana, Guinea, Mali, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Tanzania, primarily as Team Leader responsible for managing, planning and design and contractor supervision (FIDIC).
