Set up Fanuc M420iA palletizing robot for a company in Fort Wayne. Configured DeviceNetI/O, set up end of arm tooling, modified the pallet pro turbo programs for thisapplication. Also set up pallet pro PC software for downloading parameters.

Worked at the Ft. Wayne GM truck plant for the GMT-900 launch. Programmed, set up,trouble shot and optimized different production applications for the 2007 truck model yearusing the ABB S4c robot. Applications include, material handling, sealing / gluing, spotwelding, and stud welding. Also still worked for ABB by taking care of all robot warrantyissues.

Working as field service engineer for ABB. Working from my home on call, providingproduction support, emergency service calls, resolving warranty issues for GM, Chrysler,International, etc… Also instructed S4C and IRBT 6003S Moduflex programming electrical andmechanical courses at GM for their electricians and mill wrights.

Improving daily production (lots of DOE's), reducing scrap, reducing cycle time, over 250 robots in this facility, 24 technicians reported to me.

Responsible for the programming and the plastic welding process of the roboticdownlines along with the press tending ring loaders, parison and article take out robotson the Krupp blow molding machines.* Started employment as a blow molding technician in 96'. Job responsibilities; changinghead tooling, mold set up, optimizing wall thickness , weight, and cycle time of gastanks. I was in this position for 1 year.* Moved on to the welding process of the gas tank. I was responsible for training andsupervising up to 24 downline technicians, optimizing hot plate welding parameters andcycle times along with scrap reduction. I was on call 24/7 for any problems with theprocess or operation of the equipment. * In 99' TI Automotive went to robotic downlines (210 robots) with vision systems. Itrained ABB and Axium on the hot plate and spin welding process. I wrote thespecifications for the machines ABB and Axium was contracted to build for TI. I spent overa 2 months in Toronto and Montreal Canada helping program and build the new roboticdownlines.* From 2002 to Aug. 2005 I was doing 100% of all robot programming and integration of newequipment. I.e. automatic robotic loading of the gas tanks into the water baths anddownlines, ring loading into the molds, inspection robots. Also helping production withevery day problems that were incurred. * Experience with brain tech and opti-master vision systems, Allen Bradley PLC 5/500,RSlogix, Omron CX programmer, some Siemens S5 and S7, devicenet, remote IO, profibus,

Responsible for tear down of air compressor's on truck brake systems.

Operated heavy equipment on all sorts of construction sites. i.e. Bulldozers, backhoes,excavators, scrapers, front-end loaders.

Lived on a dairy farm, I was responsible for maintaining and feeding livestock andmilking up to 70 cows 2 times a day. Once at 4:00 am and again at 4:00 pm along withattending school every day.
