Responsibility for the allocated portfolio of international private and institutional clients, in particular for- the oversight of the credit process including (i) credit worthiness and cash flow analysis, (ii) valuation and liquidity assessment of collateral and other securities, (iii) credit structuring and negotiation of terms and conditions, (iv) credit decisions and (v) the final documentation and execution of transactions.- the portfolio management of the allocated credit portfolio and the group’s credit portfolio strategy. Valued contribution to the risk organization and general regulatory credit risk topics.- a driving role in the constant development of the bank’s credit governance and risk appetiteframework.- the data sourcing, -processing and -monitoring plus the draft and presentation of all regular credit reports for the management/supervisory board.

Responsibility for the allocated portfolio of international private and institutional clients, which includes- the business responsibility as described in current role (see VP Bank).- the constant optimization of the credit process and the interaction with all involved departments (sales, trading, underwriting, compliance, legal services, operations and external advisors).- the implementation, monitoring and constant enhancement of the bank’s credit portfolio strategyacting as management support for the CRO and owning a key role in the constant development of the bank’s credit policies and stress testing framework.

Responsibilities:- Analysis, risk assessment and portfolio management of the allocated retail loan portfolio for the bank’s private and SME clients.- Constant development of the bank’s credit policy framework as well as risk assessment and portfolio management tools regarding to reporting standards and credit scoring methodology.
