Working as Technical office Engineer & Material Engineer for Finishing Department (Architectural, Electrical, FFand Mechanical works)Responsibilities include:- Participate in the implementation of the policies and procedures applicable to the department.- Study the project’s documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule and review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.- Review B.O.Q and identify materials needed by communicating with the Technical Office, Procurement and Purchasing.- Receive material submittal and review the materials’ specifications in order to prepare submittal form for Arrangement works (excluding FF and electrical works) to be reviewed and approved by the Consultant. - Check the market updates, and review the approved materials in terms of cost. And working closely with project procurement department for sake of reaching best suppliers.- Developing the data base of suppliers, and integrating newly qualified.- Check quantity accuracy and quality standards with QC for the received material versus required. And monitoring the quality of the materials on site and report the defects, reasons , proposed solutions...etc.- Track and follow up receiving and distributing of materials according to the project’s needs and control materials waste. And track availability of material and ensure adequate stock.- Generate reports regarding required and available materials and follow up the submittal log and refer them to the Line Manager.- Create packages to be sent to vendors, subcontractors and suppliers.- Reviewing tender offer, technical and financial documents for suppliers. And Prepare technical and financial comparison sheets based on quotations from suppliers so that the best offer is selected.- Dealing with research centers and centers of standards and quality. And doing many factory inspections.- I have sufficient knowledge and experience in the security and safety of the sites.

- Responsible for Acoustic Paint and Architectural Metal Works for all Stations at Phase 4A.- Follow up the progress of this item (shop drawings, Fabrication and installation) doing by Arrangement department for finishing stations.- Very Good Experience in another items (Masonry, Plastering, Ceramic, False Ceiling, Raised Floor, Screed, Granite …etc).
