I am passionate about the rights of vulnerable people. I lead a specialist mental health and incapacity law practice (Peter Edwards Law) . We are a team of specialist lawyers covering various locations around England and Wales. We use the law to safeguard in the Court of Protection. We represent those detained under the Mental Health Act. I am Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.I am told that I am a stimulating, provocative and challenging teacher.
