Identified supplier and managed introduction of a replacement commercial PDA and web enabled application that is now in use for DDA, Fire and Health & Safety assessments, the control of resulting actions and production of management reports. Produced specification and managed sub-contractor in the development of a bespoke tablet based data capture process.

Managed project office, remote service management team and budgets for a £60M Kent County Council local government programme. Restructured programme team by streamlining the processes permitting a reduction in the head count. Reviewed the original contract, and a large number of change requests, to establish an agreed baseline that resulted in a better.

Interfaced with Land System Reference Centre military organisations and managed multiple sub-contractors who provided the hardware, engineering and computing elements of equipment mounted in an air transportable container. Aspects of the delivery included ensuring that TEMPEST, EMC, MANPRINT and H&S requirements were met. A unique part of this BT delivery.

Identified and subsequently implemented requirement capture tool for £25m defence project ensuring that all requirements were tested and the results verified by the military and Procurement Executive personnel.Introduced new VV&T strategies for a transport sector development including implementing automated test tools improving regression testing turn.

Established at RAF Oakhanger the first software ground organisation to receive the military AQAP 1/13 quality certification. Selected the personnel, and specified and subsequently managed on a day-to-day basis the resourcing of equipment, software tools and other materials within budget constraints
