Helping customers in need have been my task since I left Chalmers. Travelled around the world installing and troubleshooting AGV installations. Service has been a big part of my professional career. The word service mean a lot more to me, having my experience and having seen the value that the softer parts bring to every technical solution. Will the customer pay more for it...maybe not, but he will return asking for more. My challenge now, as Director Services, is to get my department to grasp the value of this and grow with it.
