Worked offshore in Norway and had long periods at home between the shifts. Started my own firm with myself as consultant. Worked mainly towards my previous employer (Danaher Motion). Takeaway from this time is accounting, tax rules, VAT and insurance. Closed the firm when I got employed as a manager and changed my career path.

Software work on AIM 2000 from Kongsberg. Offshore as well as onshore. Takeaway from this period is that willingness to learn and to try is not something for everyone. I showed a will to learn and got tasks that others thought was to hard. Only because they did not try. Safety thinking in everything you do was also something that I carry with me from this job. Worked offshore in periods of two weeks for limited period of time and stayed home for 4 weeks. Did consultant work in the home period and kept busy.

Working with automated guided vehicle programming as well as controllers for manual forklifters. A lot of customer contact both from the office and at site. A lot of travel to many parts of the world. Teacher in cources both at home and away. Troubleshooter often with short notice.

Consulting work on master systems such as ABB Spider, Satline and SatCon 90.
