Preform all Human adiminstrative functions-Supervised and directly responsible for the review and accuracy of all Leaves, Awards, Pay related and all NCOER actions.-Senior Administrative advisor for a Unit (Company) of 165 soldiers while deployed to Iraq and the direct -Supervisor for at least 7 Administrative HR Specialists while in Garrison.-Proofreads workload from junior soldiers, corrects as necessary and assembles for review by senior Commanding Officers, signature, authentication or other disposition.-Responsible for the Supervision of and ensured the proper preparation and review of actions to ensure that they are in compliance with appropriate regulations, directives, policies within military and nonmilitary correspondence, messages, orders, reports, regulations, forms, requisitions, directives, SOP's, and similar material.-Trouble Shoot/Monitor SIDPERS, EMILPO and other DOD automated systems for correct data input and review for accuracy. Used these systems to generate Queries for a multitude of data resource for command use.-Advised soldiers and leadership on issues and errors within HR databases and issue advance to correct problems.-Organized, maintained and reviewed soldier personnel records at Company and Battalion levels-Coordinated over 100 awards ceremonies while stationed in Washington D.C. and other duty stations-Supervised soldiers in preparing, updating and coordinating requests for performance evaluations for over 900 personnel, including officers and enlisted soldiers -Provided advice and assistance to enlisted and officers on basic pay and leave entitlement questions or problems-Advised on military awards and decoration submission, approval, processing, and authentication requirements -Advised enlisted on appropriate procedures and practices involved in submitting and justifying employee award nominations.
