Each week during the school year a different high school or jr high will join us Occasionally we will provide a clinician free of charge to work with the students prior to their performance.

The Naperville Education Foundation (NEF) raises and grants funds for programs that enhance and enrich the educational experience of Naperville School District 203 students. The Ellman family established the "Gil Ellman Memorial Fund" in 2011 to help students who could not otherwise afford to get a band or orchestra instrument.

Technical Sgt.566Th Air Force Band May 1980 - Jul 2000Peoria, Illinois AreaI joined the IL Air National Guard right after High School. This was a wonderful experience for me. I got the team building experience of "Boot Camp" as well as the leadership skills necessary to be an NCOIC for a performing ensemble for dignitaries. The 566th also gave me an oportunity to perform in a wide variety of musical groups. From Taps to Jazz trio and Rock Band singer/trumpeter to brass quintet. The educational process of the military has been very helpful to me. I retired after 20 years of service.
