- Developing and updating new and existing EDI system integration for new and current customers.- Business process mapping and gap analysis for EDI implementation and discovery exercises.- Requirements documentation, writing functional specifications and technical documentation.- Support for key Fliway applications, these include FreightMaster, Exceed Warehouse management Software, Microsoft AX, Netterm and FLOW EDI.- Analysis of system databases which includes scripting, maintenance, and diagnostics. Databases include SQL2005, SQL2008 and Oracle.- Support to Fliway customers on integration, EDI and other IT related issues. This included coming up with solutions and improvements to existing processes.-Project management – Ensuring Projects and system changes are implemented and completed within the dedicated time frame.- Maintaining IIS and supporting the Fliway Websites.- Providing daily, weekly and monthly billing information to accounts for transportation and logistics charges.- Quality Assurance – Performing UAT, Functional, System, Integration and Regression testing.

- 2nd and 3rd level Application support to Clients meeting Company SLA’s - QA – Performing UAT, Functional, System, Integration and Regression testing.- Liaising with external IT Technicians on Software setup and Installation.- Administration of SQL databases using various tools and creating maintenance plans for clients to improve database performance, this included creating indexes and verifying database integrity.- Writing SQL Queries to sort/troubleshoot and extract specific data (Using tools such as Profiler and SQL Management Studio)- SBServer 2003/2008 – Active Directory, Exchange Server and FTP Server Administration- Blackberry Server and Mail for Exchange support for Blackberrie’s, Nokia’s and iPhone’s.- Installation of all integrated software platforms –i.e. DPS, Syncro, PC-Eftpos.- Configuration of Hardware and Peripherals, this included Handhelds, Scanners, Digital Scales, and Mobile Windows devices.- Designing custom reports using Crystal Reports to meet Client demands.- Organisation of Software Upgrades for Client systems onsite and remotely.- Software Releases for Clients - This included document writing/release notes and version builds.- Implementation and support of Fuel system integration for Enabler and POSTEC units used in GULL and Shell.
