Project Leader for Storage Across The Home at IKEA of Sweden.

As Project Leader for the New Low Price Modular Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry I will, together with the POD teams in Kitchen and Bathroom, lead this prioritized project, across the IKEA value chain. I am responsible to in keep the total project together. This includes every dimension of the business – from the idea, through range and product development, manufacturing and distribution, all the way to bring in launch and retail homes of our customers – worldwide. Main tasks and responsibilities are: • Coordinating the total project and secure delivery on time with excellent results• Leading common project team• Optimizing the collaboration of cross HFB, functional and New Business & innovation competencies • Keeping the POD teams and all other stakeholders up to date with status and progress• Collaboration with the categories to create the optimal conditions for full availability at lowest cost, optimal sourcing and close cooperation in the product development process • Setting and anchoring roll out plan including priority for all IKEA markets

Plan and secure product development projects time and budget according to IKEA:s ways of working with product development.

To drive the development and support the IKEA IMS Business and other external stakeholders with business processes that guides the optimal ways of working. The goal is to optimize ways of doing business to become more efficient.

Responsible for the iShop solution within the IKEA Group, responsible for the technical setup and that the system fulfills IKEA requirements. Responsible for the procurement process (part of P2P ims), securing that we have a process for how to procure and also that our systems support the process all the way to handle invoice and pay. As part of this I have been Project Manager for different integration projects as well as standardization projects.

My main task was to be a link between the IT organisation and the Medical Engineers. I participated in projects to ensure that all medical advices such as x-ray and ECG systems where compatible with the IT network. I was also member of national corporations with video conference standards and telemedicine

I participated in advanced testing of GSM systems and in demonstrations at customers sites as technical support for the sales organisation.

Main tasks were to plan and install a mobile positioning system at different customers in different countries in their home GSM networks. Support them with all kind of technical issues from the office in Karlskrona was also part of my assignment.
