They also need me to decipher what they actually need vs. what they think they want. • I balance my priorities between the seemingly urgent vs. the actually important. My ability to triage urgent requests while balancing highly important items is about preventing small issues from turning into major events. • I’m adaptable to changing environments. Having worked with UNIX for more than 20 years, I’ve seen the evolution of new software and new procedures.
