My education at the University of Southern Denmark has given me the ability to analyze a company’s internal and external environment, and based upon this make suggestions as to how an organization could possibly be optimized. Furthermore I am able to analyze complex data, interpret, and convey this data in a comprehensible way. These abilities resulted in good results for both my bachelor’s project and my master’s thesis, which were concerned with the expansion of a company to a new geographical market, and organizational ambidexterity within a department of Siemens Gamesa, respectively. The main focus of my master’s degree was strategy and organization, however, thanks to my natural understanding of numbers and data, I am able to take on responsibilities that go beyond the scope of my education.
