• Receiving the allocation plan from the customers like Total,Ahram Beverages.• Allocating the plan among the drivers and the available vehicles to assure that all vehicles will reach making 14 trips a day with 14 vehicles.• Following up if the shipment has reached the warehouse at the target date and time from the database.• Following up the preventive and corrective maintenance for all the plant vehicles and also the kilometer fuel consumption.• Following up the daily and monthly operation reports• Following up the current contracts Execution and fast problems solving – as possible – during the operation process• Review the new contracts and the customers care• Financial analysis to minimize the operation expenses• Mobility between different branches of the company to following up the operation processes• Review the monthy invoice with the customer.• Revew all daily and monthly reports to be rady for fainancial document and technical auditing any time
