I am currently an Assistant Professor at the College of International Security Affairs, specializing in strategy development and drone warfare. I am transitioning from military service and pursuing positions in business or government focused on leadership and strategy development. My goal is to be in my new career by November. My core competencies lie in business leadership and strategy development, honed through rigorous academic and practical experiences.Within the military, I have 24 years of experience leading top-level performers and solving complex problems. For the past 10 years, I have served as a Director of Strategy and Plans for OSD Policy, OPNAV, and the U.S. 6th Fleet. Previous to that, I spent 14 years at sea leading sailors and flying from ships. I have deep experience in aircraft, shipboard, and drone operations and am an expert in employing innovative tactics against land, sea, air, undersea, cyber, and space adversaries. During my tenure as an Assistant Professor, the team and I enriched the curriculum for senior leaders across military, government, and business sectors, integrating cutting-edge drone warfare strategies with ethical leadership principles. Our collective efforts fostered an environment for professional growth and strategic acumen, aligning with the college's mission to prepare leaders for complex global challenges.
