I am a lead director within JLL’s European Equity Advisory business. This team provides advice to clients on real estate M&A, platform and joint venture funding and capital raising transactions across the UK and European markets. I have responsibility of all Equity Placement within the Equity Advisory team and my main specialism is capital raising for and structuring joint ventures. I have extensive real estate and real estate equity financing experience gained over two decades working across all manner of corporate finance and capital markets business. I hold strong relationships with a variety of investors, owners and operators across a variety of sectors and geographies.I have worked on multiple transactions with a particularly extensive UK track record. A recent highlight was acting as lead M&A advisor to AXA Real IM on its €500m acquisition of Kadan’s Science Partner (KSP), Europe’s largest life science and innovation property company in 2020.When not working my weekends tend to get taken up either getting beaten at racket ball by my youngest daughter or exploring Kent’s numerous lanes and hills on my road bike.
