·        Perform Preventive, Corrective and predictive Maintenance on Production Equipment using Maintenance planning and Scheduling(MPS)·        Analyze Loss Tree and Top Equipment Loss Areas to schedule Maintenance·        Perform and Track Autonomous Maintenance on Production Equipment ·        Deploy Breakdown Elimination (BDE) Pillar as a Daily Management System (DMS) ·        Conduct In-depth Failure Analysis for Repeated component failure of Production Equipment  ·        Create and Deploy OPL, Kaizen and Troubleshooting Guide across Manufacturing Equipment. ·        Plan, Implement and track CIL procedures. ·        Interpreting and implementing Production Plan.  ·        Ensuring Reduction in Machine STOPS, MTTR,   REJECTs and increase in Equipment MTBF·        Perform Brand Change procedure and Documentations on Production Lines·        Ensuring quality product through Defects  Handling on production Equipment.·        Ensuring strict conformances to Production schedules and EHS ·        Use of IPS, UPS: 6W 2H problem analysis, fishbone, cause and effect, 5 WHY’s, On and Off switch to solve Production equipment problems.
