Job Responsibilities:- Coordination between ongoing design process and shop drawings to provide a coordinated drawings in accordance to the project program and site activities. - Dealing with complicated details to fulfill client requirements for a prestigious project / ID finishes / FF&E with different MEP requirements - Monitoring / Tracking the Cost of the project to Achieve the Client requirements within the project budget and as per Market availability through the subcontractors - Working for material selection and assisting in the procurement process by providing full technical details

Project Description: Commercial Boulevard Development , centrally located in Lusail City, has total of 18 plots consisted of mixed use ( Offices, Hotels , Gallery and Residential) buildingsJob Responsibilities:- Act as coordinator between the designer (Sub consultant-KEO) and the main contractor to achieve the design millstones as part of design and build contract. - Main Goal was the facade design to achieve the architectural look as per tender visuals with constructability materials from the construction point of view and to achieve all façade requirements (thermal insulation – enclosure… Etc.) - Working with Value engineering items ( materials – systems ) - To track and monitor the cost / time impact while taking decision for all design changes. - Coordination with the subcontractors to apply the design concept after validating the constructability sequence, logic and market availability.

Elements and Dusit origin architectural elements ( Thailand )Job Responsibilities:- Prepare shop drawings showing the interior details and termination details between Items and finishes with coordination with the ID requirements and services.- Coordination between all project specialists to adjust all the hotel requirements by the operator regarding the interior design and the functional needs for each space.- Working to achieve all requirements with limited and non-negotiable budget.- Provide BOQ from initial design until design is finalized to proceed with procurement activity and client approval.- Comparing between all suppliers Prices and quality to meet the project Budget.

Project Description: The project consist of 8 dinning bungalows with a big restaurant, have the Maldives spirit with wooden architectural elements at katara beach. ( design and built project )Job responsibilities:Prepare shop drawings and full details regarding the wooden architectural fixation with coordination withstructural needs to achieve the design architectural criteriawith coordination with the sea tidal and weatherrecommendation.- Act as a coordinator and supporter to the specific supplierfor the specific wooden systems to meet the project requirements.- Prepare full 3d Mock up (Revit – 3d max) with approved used materials for final design decisions and to present the ideas for final approvals.- Reporting and monitoring the clients comments on drawings to take on consider the project BOQ with budget to claim for variations and time.- Prepare the logistics need for the project that located above the sea with specific logistics needs like using pontoons and crawler crane on barge…etc.

( Fast Track Project )Job Responsibilities:-Prepare shop drawings for specific systems regarding labs equipment and treatment with coordination with the project requirements, specification and supplier availability to achieve these systems. -Act as a coordinator between different suppliers to meet the project specification as the project consist of different systems and activities occur by different suppliers in same time as it is a Fast Track project.-Prepare 3d visuals using Revit for certain spaces (interior – exterior) to imagine the final finish for document approval and site execution.-Monitoring the site progress with presentable reports to coordinate the project time impact and to monitor the supplier’s progress on site.-Making quantities for project material with coordinate with procurement team for material delivery.

BIM Engineer-Prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings based on projects design drawings using Revit (BIM) in accurate with quality standards for all architectural works & Finishes.-Making Quantity Survey & materials take off schedules using Revit.-Assist in the preparation of the project schedule plan using Revit. Technical Office Engineer-Prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings based on projects design drawings using AutoCAD.-Revising submittals from suppliers and comparing them with the specifications.-Act as an intermediary between the supplier and the consultant
