Food Science and Technology Graduate, First Technical University, Ibadan.Food Analyst Experience As a Food Analyst intern, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of food products. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for accurate analysis, I conducted various tests and assessments to evaluate the nutritional content, sensory attributes, and microbiological safety of food items. Collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance team, I gained hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining food safety protocols, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). I also assisted in product development projects, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on my analysis. My internship experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the food industry's regulatory requirements and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of food quality and safety.
