Current- Provide strategic advice
- Provide benchmarking methodologies and comparative data for analysis
- Lead, drive and facilitate Business Excellence continuous improvement project
- Provide the leadership to continuously improve the customer service standards, policy and practices.
- Develop and enhance officers’ customer service and development skills
- Assist in the effective implementation and delivery of corporate and financial planning programs (e.g. budgets, business plans, Council Plans)
