- Participating in implementing the technical office policies and procedures.- Studying the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc...)- Coordinating with the consultant and other trades to find out the best piping flow and the best manholes’ location to decrease the cost of damaged areas.- Reviewing and preparing all the structure shop drawings based on the project’s design drawings with accuracy with quality standards.- Coordinating with other trades to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines.- Communicating with the workshop to send the reinforcement rebar on time to the site.- Updating the shop drawing log before sending them to the consultant for approval.- Studying and preparing the request for information (RFIs) for all the missing and unclear conflicts or other technical problems that may arise during the project’s construction.- Reviewing the subcontractors' shop drawings as well as the outsourced shop drawings and coordinating for their approval process with the project’s consultant.- Coordinating with Surveying Engineer and providing him with all the information about the land coordinates and any site measurement required.- Participating in solving any unexpected technical conflicts and other problems that may arise during the project’s construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and preparing effective solutions.- Reviewing and preparing all the structural as-built drawings at the end of the project and handing them over to the project consultant.- Preparing material submittal in conjunction with Material Engineer for consultant approval.- Leading the team to complete the shop drawings & the as-built drawing on time as per the planned schedule.- Ensuring that the team is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations and is fully aware of the task’s risk assessment and environmental aspects.
