As part of the Central Supply Chain Operations team, supporting the implementation of strategic business transformation projects through business process definition and tools development. Close collaboration with local markets and the relevant business units (procurement, logistics, master data, technology) to ensure a best in class transformation fitting the needs of all parties involved. Playing a key role in shaping the future tool strategy of the Supply Chain for Handsets with the aim of optimizing and increasing operational efficiency.

Managing the Business Enablement unit responsible for master data, purchasing, system integrations and enhancements. Maintaining an excellent relationship with business partners and ensuring that Operations are running smoothly and at a world class quality. Playing a key role in migrating additional activities to the shared services and maximizing the value generated by the business.

Managing a team mainly responsible for IT enablement in the area of Supply Chain and Logistics. Maintaining a diverse service portfolio supporting various business lines and stakeholders with an emphasis on value add services. Gained experience in system integration projects, business requirement delivery, transaction monitoring and data quality improvements, supply and demand planning. As a complementary role, I managed the E2E delivery of custom enhancements made to Vodafone’s central Collaborative Supply Chain Platform with an ownership over budget, resources and scheduling.

Responsible for the delivery of system integration projects across the B2B area. Also acting as Test and Deployment Lead overseeing the E2E life-cycle management of custom enhancements made to Vodafone's Collaborative Supply Chain Platform and coordinated test activities across the B2B landscape. This included the coordination of a small group of testers, managing a 3rd party provider and controlling the project pipeline. Nominated to participate in Vodafone’s Potential Successor Program as an acknowledgement for my management skills

Mainly responsible for carrying out system integration testing and participating in the delivery of system enhancements. Gained a comprehensive overview on SAP’s SCM module and the supporting infrastructure. Reporting to Design Lead and senior stakeholders through daily/weekly reporting using both offline tools and HP’s Quality Center. Gained an excellent understanding on complex procurement procedures not only from a technical but from a business perspective as well.

Entry level role with the objective of handling supplier invoices. Role purpose was to process both FI and MM invoices and to handle supplier queries. As part of the role, an excellent relationship with our business partners was needed to be built. Occasionally the creation of some custom reports was also required.
