Responsible for leading the team in charge of executing the manufacturing process steps and ensuring that it operates as smoothly as possible while reducing and rationalizing on cost inefficiencies to the minimum. Responsible for making sure that the manufacturing equipment is in good working order to maximize product production as the marketplace dictates while minimizing on scraps as much as possible▪ Lead the production process and draw up a production schedule.▪ Lead quality manufacturing engineering solutions to hardware, operational, development and production requirements.▪ Lead productive dynamic working relationships with engineering, design and planning departments to maintain regular association and to discuss and agree improvement issues.▪ Estimate staffing requirements, production times, and relative costs to provide data for operational decisions.▪ Coach and mentor direct reports and colleagues.▪ Collaborate with configuration control and engineering design regarding product tooling and design to ensure effectual production methods are applied.▪ Coordinate work steps with tool room personnel, assigned technicians and outside vendors.▪ Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into production environments.▪ Appraise performance PMS for own employees. ▪ Fulfill additional tasks as per job requirements and as assigned by line management.

Responsible for 2 assembly lines(Trailers , Tippers , Tanks , Low Bed , Containers & Silo manufacturing industry )1. Responsible about daily production activities through close monitoring andcoordination with the production supervisors.2. Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisionsconcerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures,and duty assignments, considering cost and time constraints.3. Submit suggestions and comments that lead to cost reduction, processoptimization and performance working environment.4. Introduce statistical analysis talent to convert numbers and figures to processenhancement procedures and optimization.5. Review operation confers with technical or administrative staff to resolveproduction or processing problems.6. Making time study for different products lines simultaneously (balancing thestages with bottle neck method )
