Responsible for providing personal 2nd line desk side support to customers in PwC London offices. This involved all software fixes, OS issues, Lotus Notes and MS Office. I furthered my development by joining the Partner & Director support model which provided IT support for the leadership of PwC UK.I also began to provide basic IT support for conferences and events within the UK, configuring networks and printing facilities for the on-site admin support teams.
