About Peter Fatianow

I'm a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 20 years of successful business experience. My experience involves co-founding one business (Specialty Care Network) that went public, and another (HealthGrades.com) that was sold to a private equity firm for nearly $300 million. I love start ups! In early 2019, I co-founded TermScout.com and took the role of COO. We are a legal-tech company redefining how businesses assess risk in contracts. We save companies substantial time and money and reduce their risk exposure with our line-up of contract review products: Red Flag Reports, Alerts, and Negotiating Guides. We launched our first product in the fall of 2019.Over the past few years, I have done some sell-side/financial advisory services work (MRGII LLC) where I have advised several companies through sell-side and equity financing engagements that total more than $135 million in value. I lead business divisions, the Internet Business Group (online revenue sales of data) and the Strategic Health Solutions Group (sales to the corporations, benefits consulting and management companies, and health plans), which at the time of my departure generated approximately $7 million inn revenue (30% of total company revenue).I was invited as a featured or keynote speaker at over a dozen industry conferences and was regularly quoted by the press in articles regarding healthcare quality analysis and ratings. I developed and worked with our IT department to build our Healthcare Quality Reports for Consumers (for Physicians, Nursing Homes and Hospitals). This was the first e-commerce application that provided easy-to-understand healthcare quality data directly to consumers. This resulted in e-commerce revenue that started at $0 and grew to nearly $5 million per year.I also developed and worked with our IT department to build our Quality Ratings Suite, an online subscription based application used by more than 125 of the nation's largest employers and health plans, which generated $2.5MM in annual recurring revenue (with very high margins).
