As a former RCAF military helicopter pilot and senior officer, I am highly skilled on technical matters and able to maintain a sound developmental environment for others to achieve their aims. I am a truthful and loyal individual possessing integrity of the highest caliber and will always strive to improve my work environment and myself. Since leaving the RCAF in 2014, I have been in leadership roles within the Aerospace and Defence industry in Canada. By managing complex contracts through relationships and sound business practices, I have been able to elevate performance and productivity across key performance indicators of programs.

With the strong dedication of the unit, contractors, and students, 3CFFTS experienced two years of record student throughput.
