I have a particular interest in launching startups in the health and wellness space. As a business owner, employee morale and company culture are very important to me. Investing heavily in developing our employees has proven to be a great motivator for my employees to take a vested interest in their professional development and overall personal growth. We pay for books, courses, seminars etcs and work to make sure everyone has a uniquely personalized professional development plan. Staying physically and mentally fit is a lifestyle for me.
