The service is available online and from over 450,000 retail stores worldwide.Key Projects:• Building a team to provide Web and Mobile development capability. Assisting in the Development of Agile/Scrum principles to be used; monitoring and correcting these over each iteration. Establishing a stable process for the development, QA and release of software created by the team.• Driving the separation of concerns by providing a REST interface between web presentation and back-end systems. Working with the core development team to define the contract.• Building and delivering a new phone top-up website for ezetop’s partner, Digicel which included responsive design for mobile/tablet; achieved in a four month, customer-defined timeframe. • Reengineering ezetop’s own top-up portal in an equally tight timeframe.• Coordinating the migration to new, properly separated platform. Planning and execution of user and transaction data migration while minimizing service downtime.
