I was also responsible for the collation, interpretation and reporting of results.• Use technical expertise to identify and implement solutions to plant problems. • Lead process inspection teams during plant overhauls and shutdowns. Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members and ensure that the team is not unnecessarily responsible for holding up work.• Define and implement minor modifications in order to maintain or improve plant operation.• Carry out audits of safety procedures to monitor compliance.• Address and close out SHE actions that arise out of, safety incidents, Hazard studies and the Process Hazard Review process.• Provide training to the operators in connection to projects that I am involved in and update plant procedures as required.• Measure and monitor the performance of plant equipment in order to optimise performance and identify potential bottlenecks.
