Responsible for the overseeing and training, operations, and technical support, for the 200+ Authorized Service Centers, (ASC’s), in NY, and all of the New England States, Responsible for the yearly negotiation of service rates for the negotiable states of CT, and RI. Phone and in person assistance for any needs that a respective ASC might require, including technical, administrative, and even handling of the needs of any of their customers if necessary. On site, or in house repairs for the ASC servicers for any equipment they could not successfully repair. Teaching of all new products and technologies to the ASC network, as well as in house technicians. Live on site, at JVC or at ASC, as well as live on line classes. Handling customer issues by phone or e-mail.
