-Supervise daily operation of pressroom and lead up to 50 employees on a particular shift. -Work closely with Human Resources.-Instruct crew on daily tasks and monitor all work and job performance.-Evaluate problems on the fly to fulfill production orders efficiently and effectively. -Analyze safety issues and communicate accordingly. -Compile production and quality reports.
