• Restructuring the IA department to be more risk focused, providing audit services at 40% lower cost to a higher standard.
• Reporting to the CWC Group Board, Group Audit Committee and Group ExCo on matters of risk management, internal control, fraud investigation, Group wide disciplinary incidents and ethics.
