Responsible for organizing ART rituals, alignment with stakeholder on backlog prioritization, tracking and reporting of ART progress, coaching teams and resolving impediments.• Achieved a predictable project execution (close to 100% on time), by integrating Kanban into SAFe to align with traditional hardware development projects. • Shaped the ART roadmap with product management, by maintaining a capacity based long term planning.• Improved ART efficiency to 85%, by increasing team alignment in Scrum of Scrums on planning and dependencies. • Increased team confidence vote because of a more structured and better prepared PI planning.• Faster response to issues reported by customers, using a streamlined customer ticket flow.• Reduced number of customer issues by 75%, as a result of a ‘shift left’ in testing, and cooperation between product / system test teams during integration.

Architected the successful introduction of the wireless subsystem in the Interact professional lighting systems of Signify. The system consists of intelligent luminaires with sensors, connected via a gateway to a Cloud based management system.• Contributed to the introduction of SAFe: functionality specification in epics, features, enablers and stories using Atlassian Confluence, Jira and requirements Yogi. • Design, implementation, and verification of configurable distributed light control using MDD.• Design of wireless Zigbee communication protocol, standardized within professional systems in Signify. Responsible for setup and execution of a project to characterize the performance of a large network in an automated testbed, together with the Research department.• Integration of Bluetooth based commissioning with iOS and Android Mobile Apps.• Developed training on Zigbee communication. Gave global training sessions in several Signify development sites.
