I am an experienced Multi-site Manager with over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of the retail sector, having worked various roles and across different store locations. I have worked at floor level and within three years, I took on my first management role as Deputy Manager 17 years ago. Since then I have progressed through to Area Manager for 24 stores across South East London, coaching senior teams remotely and in-person to express their potential through excellent work performance. I have immense experience delivering KPIs and achieving business objectives, as demonstrated by awards for No.1 Area Manager and No. 1 Store for KPI delivery during my career. I offer a powerful combination of expertise in motivating and coaching people to progress to senior roles, delivering excellent business results, Health & Safety, sales forecasting and management and 1st class customer service, all gained from practical, immersive experiences over two decades.
