• In line with the CBA’s strategic direction a primary focus was the migration of the Colonial IT team into the EDS environment. This was concluded in early September 2000 with a staff transition rate greater than 90%;
• Due to the complexity of the outsourcing and other contractual relationships I took the lead role in rationalising all major Colonial IT contracts;
