I am a self-motivated, adaptable, and responsible individual seeking to continue my career in health and safety. I am looking to utilise the skills and knowledge I have gained throughout my career within the construction industry, particularly within groundwork and demolition, and develop these further. The Wooldridge Group is a family run organisation with a turnover of over £60m. They specialise in all forms of construction from demolition, infrastructure works, groundworks and full residential developments. • Attendance of Senior Leadership meetings to ensure H&S input throughout the organisation. • Develop and implement safety, health and environment best practices across sites sharing my previous experience and knowledge.• Proactively audit the operational teams to ensure a level of Health and Safety compliance across the wider business.• Providing advice and support in the production of all H&S related documentation, including, Pre-Constriction Information, Construction Phase Plans, RAMS. • Ensuring compliance of the Health & Safety Management System against the standard ISO45001. • Ensuring the implementation of the “Safety First” behaviour culture initiative across the company and within our exiting supply chain. • Undertaking investigations and incident reviews as appropriate, and where necessary ensure Incident Reviews are undertaken with the Senior Leadership team. • Provide operational support to the site teams via support visits, formal inspections and point of contact for all safety, health, and environmental matters.
