- Improved online performance by up to 70% in the JIFF framework for secure multi-party computation (MPC) with a new pre-processing workflow. Overhauled and improved documentation of the library prior to release, adding use-case tutorials and intros.- Added support for Rust syntax to a static-analysis tool which predicts the communication complexity of MPC frameworks.- Managed several interns as part of SAIL internship program: Coached and supported interns on software engineering best practices, overviews of background information, and skills needed to make critical contributions to MPC projects. Several interns have since received return offers.- Designed and built a privacy-preserving web analytics system integrated into a production MPC platform with >100 users, which I subsequently presented as part of a larger work at the Symposium on Usable Privacy and Security.

- Implemented cryptographic protocols (e.g. the BGW multiplication scheme), within the JIFF library. Ensured the interoperability of extensions to the library when composed together (e.g. secret sharing both fixed-point and negative numbers).- Attended and presented at academic reading groups focused on security and cryptography, participated in weekly update and development meetings.

Designed and taught a curriculum focused on introductory Python programming, cryptography, and cyber-security for a class of young women entering the 10th and 11th grades.

Designed and implemented web scraping software to aid in legal research. The software automatically delivered relevant data to lawyers at the NYCLU daily for the duration of their work on a court case challenging juvenile solitary confinement in New York State.

Wrote web-scraping software to use with the NIH databases,in order to compare and categorize protein indexes.
