Some of my key achievements in this role involving guiding the site through six TGA GMP audits (with no major non-conformances recorded) and thirteen ISO 9002 compliance audits. I introduced the ISO 9002-1994 quality system to the site and the upgrade to ISO 9002-2000. I developed the Eureka Oils water soluble and Sunspirit essential oil blends. I also played a lead role in the rebirth of the business after a fire destroyed the manufacturing facility in 1995.
