• Manage non-performing portfolios by analysing payment proposals and seeking resolutions; process debit card payments accurately and efficiently.• Monitor and control my debt portfolio using my Individual Discretionary Limit (IDL) to achieve optimum recoveries and output by developing, implementing and evaluating strategies to ensure the best possible recovery for the Bank. • Achieve regular customer engagement with an emphasis on delivering quality customer experiences. • Assisting with the training of new team members and proactively sharing knowledge to enhance the overall skill-set of the department. • System testing and providing training to external Debt Collection Agencies for their CACS system. • Demonstrate the key principles of professional customer engagement in line with Consumer Protection Code • Order professional valuations and where appropriate, recovering assets to protect the Bank’s interests. • Make appropriate credit decisions within my IDL (payment plans/asset recovery and write off) so as to efficiently manage my portfolio.
