Mr. Ford has also served on corporate boards, as corporate secretary and treasurer, and has extensive experience in planning, analysis, investor relations, SEC reporting, and the equity markets. RECENT ENGAGEMENTSConsultant to the lender to a privately held $250 million New England chain of 25 skilled nursing facilities and a $200 million Pennsylvania healthcare staffing firm.. Both were ten month engagements, with responsibility for cash management, forecasting, analysis, and preparing the businesses for sale. Six month engagement as interim CFO for a $100 million North Carolina manufacturer of heavy equipment. Court-appointed Receiver for an Orlando manufactuer and a north Florida auto dealership.Sold a Japanese subsidiary for Catalina Marketing. Prepared all due diligence documents, handled all negotiations with the buyers, and assisted Catalina's Tokyo attorneys on the drafting of contracts.Liquidation agent for a $50 million New York-based multinational barter corporation.
