Having overall responsibility for the Midrange engineers working on the Zurich account globally (around 80 people based in USA, India, Switzerland and Spain).The team takes care about all BAU work, projects, DR exercises,migrations, upgrades etc. and engineers more than 3000 servers.Lead work consists of budget planning, capacity management (serversand engineers), interacting with the client, working with vendors (support and contracts) and communicating with the higher management.

Having the responsibility for more than 900 servers and 55 people in the areas of Unix and iSeries Engineering, Unix and iSeries Operations and iSeries Batch Operations.Working with team leads and engineers based in Switzerland, Spain, Germany, UK, Ireland and India. Successful transformation of the whole tower to reach a near- and offshore rate of more than 60%.Consolidation of Unix and iSeries servers from Ireland and Portugal toSwitzerland. Implementation of CSC standard processes and tools.

Responsible for the team that engineers more than 600 Unix-servers(AIX, Linux, Solaris) and more than 25 iSeries LPARs.Leading a multinational team of 16 people.In 2009 successful transfer of two iSeries LPARs from South Africa tothe EDC.Ongoing server virtualization and consolidation in all Unix-areas.
