An experienced HSE Consultant / Practitioner committed to promoting awareness across a variety of challenging environments I am an accomplished, versatile and committed Telecommunications Engineer with more than twenty years of experience gained working across various customer focused roles in the industry. Previously, I was working as Senior Datafill Engineer for Virgin Media, where I was responsible for providing effective technical support to corporate clients regarding service exchange and fault finding. Throughout my career, I have shown a commitment to working closely alongside customers to resolve issues effectively and as a matter of high priority. I have gained a near comprehensive understanding of all technical processes and systems across the industry, and use to this to work proactively when providing 3rd line technical support to clients. Moreover, I have gained considerable project management experience throughout my career, showing the ability to work across a wide ranging client base and multiple internal levels of business during the development and execution of special projects. I provide highly effective support in the field to technicians during installations, fault finding and repair work to ensure the delivery of projects within strict timeframes and quality standards. I am adaptable and flexible working across a wide variety of environments and have show the ability to work successfully as part of a successful and productive support team, using my excellent interpersonal and communicative abilities to provide leadership when required. I am now looking to secure a challenging and rewarding new role, where the skills, knowledge and expertise I have gained throughout my successful career to date can be applied and further professional development achieved.
