Peter L. Frattarelli is Chairperson of the Labor and Employment Group for the law firm of Archer and Greiner, headquartered in Haddonfield, NJ, with offices elsewhere in New Jersey and also Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware. Peter regularly represents management in labor and employment litigation and proceedings, including extensive experience defending employers and individuals against harassment and discrimination lawsuits. He has also defended employers in similar claims filed with state and federal administrative agencies. These include claims for race, gender, sex, disability, national origin and age discrimination, as well as whistleblower and retaliation claims. Peter also regularly provides advice to employers, with topics ranging from wage and hour issues to discipline and to union relations. Peter is a member of the bars of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is also currently a member of the National Employment Law Committee of the Libel Defense Resource Center, the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section, the Camden County Bar Association’s Employment Law Committee, and the Philadelphia Chapter of the Justinian Society (for attorneys of Italian descent).
