Peter has over 18 years of experience in the assessment and remediation of ground contamination. Peter joined the Environmental Risk Team of CBRE in 2007, where of Peter’s work has primarily focused on technical due diligence and associated ground investigations to support investors and lenders in property acquisitions, divestitures and forward funding the redevelopment of brownfield sites. Peter has experience in assessing a wide range of property types including commercial, industrial, residential, military and leisure, and he has a proven track record in the provision of environmental due diligence to support high profile transactions in the UK and across the EMEA region.
