Worked with a small team to continuously improve and maintain VMware and Meraki infrastructure for an Apple macOS/iPadOS one-to-one end-user environment with approximately 2500 endpoints. Heavily utilized Jamf Pro for MDM to maintain software packages, implement configuration profiles, create bash command line scripts, and other automation needs. Maintained asset tracking for student and staff MacBooks and iPads during instances of physical damage, hardware and software faults, and device upgrades. Worked extensively within Google Workspace for user management purposes, including access control, email, shared drive maintenance.

Provided excellent customer service by resolving end-user service requests for software, hardware, AV or network related issues. Provided on-call 24x7 emergency assistance as needed. Worked with a team to support over 1,000 endpoints for a variety of clients including municipal government, public safety, and legal personnel. Pre-configured Windows endpoints (ISO, Media Creation Tool, MDT, RMM) for the deployment of client-provisioned machines. Performed troubleshooting and resolved incidents related to the following: cash registers and peripherals, workstations, RF guns, access credentials, telephone hardware, and store network devices. Completed troubleshooting related to prescriptions and financial data involving PII/PHI. Escalated incidents as necessary. Followed up and tracked progress on incident resolution whenever a third-party vendor was dispatched.

Load/unload truck, deliver merchandise to customer homes in Company provided vehicle as assigned.
