I have been with Southwest Airlines for 30+ years and worked on frontline and management positions throughout my career. I have been in my current Management position for 16+ years. I manage a small team that is responsible for interpretation of government regulations then creating policies and procedures for frontline workers to accomplish their duties while meeting all regulatory requirements. My responsibilities include but are not limited to; creating policy and maintaining all policy documentation and manuals, creating new content and upkeep of training programs and content, upkeep of the customer contract of carriage. I create, distribute, and maintain internal intranet documentation, and corporate digital display (TV) information content used by frontline Employees to perform their responsibilities, as well as creating and distributing internal communication on various topics and policies.
